Mediation services are the sensible, more economic
alternative to the court process, during which the mediator uses his
communication and negotiation skills to show the parties how a resolution of
their dispute can be achieved. The objective, is a written agreement, which
resolves all the issues of the dispute. I received my mediation training at
Pepperdine University and under the renowned Dr. John Lemmon. I am a mediator of
the Superior courts of Ventura County. Over the years I’ve acquired considerable experience in this specialty and I can proudly state that my majority of mediations I’ve been privileged to conduct have led to successful settlements.
